After stuffing our faces, we decided we werent quite full yet and couldn't pass up the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. So we headed over for dessert! I helped myself to an apple pie carmel apple that was aboslutely delicious! Perfect topping on the cake so to speak.
Then we were off to the Alpine Slide!! I havent been here in so long and I totally forgot how freakin fun it is! I'm totally sad my cute hubby coulnd't be here, but we are def. going again when he gets back from Denver. It doesn't close till like Oct. 10 or something so we are totally there! :) Me and Lins and Jerome and Carter all went while Jill and Russell stayed back with Aiden. For all of those you havent ever been, I highly reccomend it. You take a chair lift up to the top and then sled down and its so fun. Here are a few pics of the way up, we had a little too much fun, and perhaps cut off a few heads in the process :)Sorry!
Once you get to the top you have to drag your sled a little bit to get to the slides. Then they have 2 sleds side by side so you can race down. I guess "technically" you arent supposed to race, its not safe or something, but whats the fun in that. So, we took more pictures before we went down!
Jill has our pics of us coming down at the end i'll have to get but it was all in all, super fun! After that we went back to the condo and enjoyed some yummy Ice Cream, games and relaxed. I was super tired but it was nice to just lay around and not do much. I wish Jacob could have been there, its hard having him gone, especially for things like this. Guess we will have to have a busy Fall to make up for it! In the morning we woke up and packed up and headed out for breakfast. Park City has like no breakfast places to eat, so we decided on Einsteins which is still so good and then headed to the Outlet malls for some shopping. We found a couple great deals and each got us something new. It was such a fun weekend, thanks Jilly and Jerome for the condo and the company, and Lins and Rusty too! :)
