My baby is 2!! I can't even believe it! I more than love that she is growing up and being so adorable but it also makes me so sad to see my baby grow up. It's amazing how much she learns and how much she can do already and she's only 2!
For her birthday we did an "Owl" theme and had a little outdoor party at my parents! We did an Ice Cream Soda bar, which was delicious!
This is the fabulous owl cake my mom helped me make. Considering our expertise in cake making, I was quite impressed with the end product.
My fabulous mother and sister in law got Claire this cute Elmo potty! It even has a little flusher on it. As you can see, she loved it. Too bad she won't use it for real... at least not yet!
Everyone was so sweet to bring Claire presents and the cousins were not shy in helping her open them.
Our poor babe was sick on her birthday party with a horrible cold, she could barely keep her eyes open at the beginning.
By the end she was perky as could be. Must have been all the ice cream....
So we waited until the next day to open all her presents from mom and dad. She got too many to even name, spoiled as usual, but she loved every minute of opening all her gifts and playing with new toys.
Happy 2nd Birthday baby girl! We love you more than anything in the world.
